T2Smiles ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CoPlanning mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Important: CoPlanning is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers or third parties.

We collect NO personal information. CoPlanning operates entirely locally on your device. Specifically:

We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information
We do not collect parenting schedules or calendar data
We do not collect device identifiers or location data
We do not collect usage analytics or crash reports
We do not collect any data that could identify you or your children

How We Use Your Information

We do not use any personal information because we do not collect any. All data you enter into CoPlanning (parent names, child information, schedules, holidays, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage).

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage Only: All data is stored locally on your device using React Native's AsyncStorage
No External Servers: We do not use any external servers, cloud storage, or databases
No Data Transmission: No data is transmitted over the internet
Device Security: Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features
Complete Control: You have complete control over your data at all times

Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party services that would collect or process your data, including:

No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
No crash reporting services
No advertising networks
No social media integrations
No cloud storage services
No authentication services

Children's Privacy

CoPlanning is designed to help parents manage parenting time schedules, which may involve information about children. However:

We do not collect any information about children
All data about children remains on your device only
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting any data from or about children
Parents maintain complete control over any information they choose to enter

Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal information, traditional privacy rights do not apply. However, you have complete control over your data:

Data Deletion: You can delete all app data using the "Reset App" function in Settings
Data Export: You can export your schedule data using the export feature
App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the app removes all stored data from your device

Data Retention

Data is stored locally on your device until you delete it
Uninstalling the app removes all data
We do not retain any copies of your data

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
Provide notice through the App Store update description
Post the updated policy in the app (if technically feasible)

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
